I am on a mission to travel on all buses and trams in Wrocław. If you are interested in what Wrocław Explorer is about, please read this: https://dominiksymonowicz.com/2023/05/28/domquest-wroclawexplorer-introduction/ . This time, I am travelling on the 106 line between Wrocław Airport and Dworcowa (a stop next to Wrocław Główny railway station). It is one of the most common lines I use since I live abroad.
These days are known as 106, but when I was a teenager, it was a semi-fast line numbered 406. However, in 2016, they changed to a normal line, and it started to stop at all stops. In 2023, they introduced a new fast line P that contains only on four stops.
Route

- It is operated by MPK Wrocław and it route is from Port Lotniczy and Dworzec Główny (Dworcowa). It stops at Port lotniczy, Grraniczna, Strachowice General Aviation, Zarembowicza, Skarżyńskiego, Graniczna, Przybyły, Zagłoby, Park Tysiąclecia, Mińska, Rogowska, Nowy Dwór, Nowodworska, Strzegomska 148, Otyńska, Fabryczna, ,DSW ,Wrocławski Park Przemysłowy , Śrubowa, Smolecka, Dworzec Świebocki, pl. Orląt Lwowskich, Renoma, Wzgórze Partyzantów and Dworzec Główny (Dworcowa).

JOURNEY
My trip starts at the airport, and at first, it feels a bit boring landscape-wise. Except on this occasion, we could enjoy the view of the Police earning some pocket money by catching some cars on the way to the airport. When you pass Nowy Dwór, you can start to see some remains of the industrial part of the Wrocław that is now swapping with some modern bland buildings. When you pass Dworzec Świebocki, you are in the city centre.
A closed-down railway station, where they open street market where I spent some Sundays as my uncle used to sell stuff there). Apparently, there is a plan to re-open this railway station to use as a railway shuttle between the airport and the city.
From Dworzec Świebocki, you will travel near the city moat to the destination Dworzec Główny (Dworcowa).
The trip took 40 minutes, 9 minutes faster than the average peak time.

CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS
- If you ever land at Wroclaw Airport and you need to get to the city, this is the cheapest way to do it. If you travel to the west or north part of Wroclaw, then line 129 is better. 206 is a night bus to travel on the same route.

CURRENT PROGRESS
At the time of writing this post, I travelled on four lines out of 105 lines. I stopped at least 132 of 942 stops (14% of all stops). I visited 11 stations (1.2% of all stops). Keep in mind that this does not include changes in September 2023.
