My Parkrun at Rickmansworth report .010

It was my Parkrun 10th Anniversary!

I ran in Rickmansworth Parkrun no.142 on 23.11.2019.

The weather was great in comparison to what forecast predict. It was just cloudy, and the temperature was around 9°C.

My weight on that day was 110 kg(1.6kg↓).

I was 254 out of 447 runners. I was 180th male. I was last of all runners in my age category. In Top performances table in all Rickmansworth’s parkrun #runs for my age category, I am 433 out of 495(3↑). My time was 30:50 with an average pace of 6:10min/km and an average speed of 9.72 km/h, and my personal best stays at 29.37.

My plan for this run was to check can I run in Watford 10km race. I have a weird but minor leg injury in one tiny place, which is annoying pain but is not a type of pain that prevents me from running or walking. The result was better than expected. Not only I had one of the better time, but also this run made this pain gone. Well, only my watch believes that my run is unproductive as part of training status 🙂

It sounds weird, but my watch has only one week of data while the training status needs data for the last four weeks.

My focus in to run Watford 10km in 70 minutes and my record is 72 minutes, but with my injury, I am aiming for 75 minutes.
