I ran in Rickmansworth Parkrun no.144 on 07.12.2019.
My weight on that day was 109.7 kg.
My result was 29.33, and I was 212th out of 451.
It is my personal best! It is better by 4 seconds.
In my age category: I was 14 out of 17 runners in today’s run. In Top performances table in all Rickmansworth’s parkrun runs, I am 443 (5↓) out of 505(10-↑). .
It was a great run. I started as fast I could and I trying to keep 5.45 for as long as I could. It went well for 2 km and I started to slow down. I managed to keep reasonable pace and I speed up at last kilometer. As result I got my new PB 🙂
